Our team offers complete training and technical support for customers using the 3M™ SMART eLearn Instruction and 3M™ SMART Procedure Wizard programs that are part of 3M™ SMART Resources. We understand busy time schedules and constraints interfere with learning new applications and systems so our team can help you set up, customize, and administer your employee training.

Support services available include:
- 1 hour of FREE set-up assistance at your convenience through the 3M SMART Help Line.
- Ongoing telephone assistance. The first 15 minutes are free. After that, service is billed incrementally at $25 per 15 minutes.
- Full portfolio of consulting services at $100 per hour such as:
  
  Learner account creation for your entire staff, including assignment of courses per your specifications.
  
  Procedure Wizard editing of current procedures and development of new procedures to fit your facility.
