This makes for true versatility: when the performance of a spray nozzle starts to decline, simply remove it and snap on a new one. Atomizing heads are available with a variety of fluid tips sized for the full range of automotive and industrial coatings, from base and clear coats to primers to gelcoats and enamels. A single kit provides everything you need to start spraying - with less pain, and more profit.

These interchangeable, replaceable heads are designed for ideal atomization – no matter what coating you’re spraying. Spray nozzle sizes range from 1.2 mm to 2.0 mm, so you can apply the full range of coatings quickly and efficiently from one paint gun. Each 3M™ Accuspray™ Atomizing Head can be used five to 10 times. Then simply replace it to deliver the performance of a new spray gun, on demand and at a fraction of the cost.
